Kraft Pack Exports India (P) Ltd is established by professionals who are in the business of manufacturing corrugated boxes since 40 years. Established in 1975 we started with India Packaging Industries at Moradabad, U.P. (a city of Rs 20,000 Crore export of handicraft) we produce corrugated boxes, packaging accessories and corrugated board for a wide range of industries.
Kraft Pack Exports India (P) Ltd, is a 2200 mm and 1600 mm 5 ply automatic corrugated board plant with machinery imported from China and Taiwan is backed by a complete laboratory set-up and R&D facilities for innovation and research work.
Kraft Pack Exports India (P) Ltd. is strategically located in Delhi NCR region in District Hapur which can serve regions of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi.

B.Sc. & M.B.A., has 40 years of experience in Corrugated Packaging. A member of “Panel of Experts” of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) he is responsible for finalizing specifications for Kraft Paper & Corrugated Boxes.

MBA from XIM worked for Wipro and ATFL (An affiliate of Conagra Foods) for a period of six years leads the family business.

INFRASTRUCTURE
We have robust, state-of-the-art maufacturing unit at NCR covering an area of more than 1,00,000 sq feet.
Operating since April 2015, We have 2200mm and 1600mm 5 ply state of art automatic Plants imported from China/Taiwan with the following features:
- High speed Single Wall & Double Wall Automatic Corrugators with advanced technology
- Online Thin Blade Rotary and Creasing Machine
- Numerically Computerized (N.C.) cut-off unit
- Semi Automatic Stacker
- 1370 mm x 2500 mm 2 colour corrugated boad printer, slotter with prefeeder and Rotary die cutter imported from the best (Worldex Star) in China
- Stitching machine and Semi Automatic Folder Gluers
- Integrated Furnace Type Boilers for producing steam at pressure of 14 Kg
- Diesel Generating sets
- Forklifts with forks and paper roll clamp

- Four Nos. dedicated printer slotters of various sizes including 1370 mm x 2500 mm 2 colour corrugated boad printer

Ban on use of Thermocole (Styro foam)
It has been now tackled by use of fitments of soft 20mm or
30mm honey comb board sheets and they help prevent any damage to products during drop and transits. A Photo of fitment.
Avoiding use of wooden Pallets and crating
Avoiding felling of trees this is also sustainable packaging and is even cost effective as it eliminates with cost of corrugated box, thermocole and wooden crating to pack large and heavy mirrors and marble slabs etc.- Below is a photo of such product made by us.
